Where will we be staying?

What is the room rate?

Will there be a fee if an attendee does not stay at the conference hotel?
Yes
Does a Team Member coming for 1 day only need to stay at the hotel?
No, Team Members coming for the Development Day do not need a hotel night, but are welcome to do so if needed.
What is the parking option?
Parking is free.
Is there a ride-share option from the airport?
Yes, catch a ride with a JBF friend by accessing a transportation sheet.
What airport should we use?
DIA is the Denver International Airport
Food & Beverage
What food is included?
For a full registration, information will come this summer
What if I have a dietary restriction?
The chefs can accommodate many dietary restrictions, but our group has gotten to the size where specific needs may be a challenge. We will offer a vegetarian option for the Gala dinner and have the menu shared in advance for those who need information.
Can I bring alcoholic beverages?
You are welcome to do so - but outside alcohol is not allowed in public spaces. There is a small refrigerator in your hotel room.
Water Stations
Water stations are available throughout the property and in our meeting space. Feel free to bring a reusable water bottle.
Bringing Team Members and/or guests
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Our Guest package is $195 and includes access to the State of the Company, coffee break, professional headshot, a seat at our Awards Gala dinner, and JBF SWAG.
Can I bring a Team Member from my sale?
Absolutely. Our $495 Team Member package includes all aspects of JBFCON. Our $195 Friday Team Member package includes a full day of sessions designed for team members, lunch, coffee, snacks, professional headshot and swag.
Can I add on additional aspects to the Guest or Team Member package?
Only three registrations options are available for non-owners: $495 Team Member, $195 Guest, or $195 Team Member. See above for more details.
What to Bring/Wear
What is the attire?
Business casual for daily sessions. Professional headshots will be offered, and you choose your own outfit for this. Semi-formal to formal for Awards Gala (but please choose what you're most comfortable in).
The Digital Resource Guide
Before you travel, you'll receive a Digital Resource Guide. Many owners choose to print this and bring it with them to enhance their learning experience.
What else should I bring?
With so much collaboration time, you'll want to be prepared to take notes! You'll see a wide variety of note-taking devices. In addition, a water bottle if you prefer, and a layer if the meeting space is cooler than expected.
What to Expect Each Night
Thursday:
Turn up the glitz! Our Awards Gala is where we celebrate many achievements over the course of the last year. Semi-Formal to Formal Attire is pretty common, but not required.
Friday:
We will have hosted gathering time to connect and enjoy others in a laid back setting. Dinner is on your own - connect with others to make it fun!
Saturday:
Programming will end at 5pm. Historically, 95% of attendees stay Saturday evening and fly/drive home Sunday. Groups may form to go to dinner or enjoy Denver.

To protect everyone's health, if you are feeling unwell before your trip, we ask that you stay home. If you must cancel, please notify Allison Stephens before traveling to DIA.
